General

• You are able to order only in case you are a registred user and if you are logged in!
• Any kind of information and data about our customers are treated confidentally and will not be given to any third person.
• The size are given in centimeters and are rounded up.
• If you are in list view detailed title description and further picutres can be seen by clicking on the picure.
• If you are in detailed view by clicking on the picture you can see them in large.
• The photos brightness can be different then in actual life for technical reason. We try to minimalise this difference.
• We describe the condition of the items, however always check the condition on the large pictures to.
• Change rates are informative, all charges are to be calculated and registred in HUF.
• The stock you see is up-to-date, however it is possible that an item sold in the shop is only deleted from the database only a bit later.
• You can check your previous order at the "my orders" menuitem.
• The primary method for the communication is emailing.
• We consider our sended email is read after 48 hours (except if rebounded).

Bank transfer

• Please pay within 10 days.
• The bank transfer fees must payed by the customer.
• Pleas write the order number into the comment field at the bank transaction.
• After the arrival of either the money the order can not be renounced.
• We mail your order as soon as we receive your payment.
• We check our bank account every weekdays, so you don't have to inform us about the completed payment.
• To foreign countries we send maps and engravings without paspartous. Possbile excepts are very small items.
• You don't have to pay for wrapping.
